Since the 14th of March 2020, when the State of Alert was decreed in Spain as a result of the COVID-19 crisis, in accordance with Spanish Royal Ordinance 463/2020, NACEX has been considered one of the companies that has to continue its activity, essential and necessary in order that other services, which are also essential, may continue working.
For this reason, the company has implemented a series of preventative measures, since the crisis began, in order to guarantee the health and safety of its workers, clients and collaborators, as well as a Contingency Plan to ensure the service is safe, which extends across the whole network of franchise agencies, offices and hubs. Wherever possible, NACEX has also implemented teleworking from home for its main offices' customer-service functions.
In this respect, one of the measures that have been put in place has been deliveries by means of "ZERO CONTACT". These deliveries guarantee that the safe distance recommended by the healthcare authorities can be adhered to. It is now no longer necessary for the client to sign for receiving a shipment. Instead, the client receives a QR code that must be shown to the messenger making the delivery. In the same vein, the company has acquired ozone generators in order to guarantee the health and safety of its collaborators and clients, with which its facilities and vehicles are being disinfected. Hence, the maximum disinfection and adequacy of operational resources is guaranteed.
